Our resistance bands are great quality. You can get a great total body workout as well as enhance your leg and core days.
Our bands consist of 3 bands small, medium, and large each band has a different resistance level to accommodate every need. They also come with a mesh bag that can be use to assist in washing the bands for cleaning.
